Today we are sharing an update on the Northwest Arkansas Howse House renovation. A lot has happened since our last update. A new circle drive is in the works, drywall is going up on the interior and a fabulous new front door has been installed. This renovation is getting pretty exciting! Scroll thru to see how the house is taking shape.
Here’s a look at what’s to come for the new front circle drive.
The new front door has been installed, but still needs stain and hardware, but we just had to show this off!
This next shot is a little zoomed out, so you can see part of the new large window that is above the front door.
Here’s an interior shot of that new window for you:
This foyer is amazing. With this new larger window (the old one was smaller and curved around the top) above the door and the window panes in the front doors, this entry will feel much larger and will get so much more natural light flowing in the space.
We’re also sharing a few updated pics of the drywall that’s been installed on the walls and ceilings in the main living room, kitchen and hallway areas.
And, here’s a look at the bar area that’s nestled under the stairs. A great use of space in our opinion!
They are also working on the new back patio, so there will be lots of new to show off very soon. The painters are going to power wash and paint after the stucco is finished, so stay tuned for what’s to come!
Looking good, Howse Team! Keep up the good work!
