It’s fall, y’all and that means two things: my favorite season is in full swing and football has taken over my house five days of the week. While the fiancé is sucked into touchdowns and QB sacks while screaming “Seriously?! Come on ref!” and “Ruuuuuuunnnnnnn!” at our living room TV, I have been spending and unhealthy amount of time with my iPad and Pinterest.
Fortunately for you, this means I’ve rounded up a killer group of Pinterest inspired do-it-yourself finds. Check out these fabulous fall projects.
Holy, glitter gourds. These bling-ed out pumpkins from Twig & Thistle are ridiculously adorable and will keep you sparkling from now until Thanksgiving (assuming you follow the rules and use styrofoam pumpkins).
Nothing marks the change of a season quite like swapping out a front door wreath. Head on over to create.craft.love for more DIY fall wreath how-tos than you can imagine. Browsing through these gorgeous wreaths will hold you over until at least half time.
Grab a saw and cut a few 2”x6”s (or have the hardware store do it for you) and you’ll have a family of DIY pumpkins in no time. Follow the easy step-by-step guide for this project over at the how to crew.
I do realize I’m all pumpkin and candles today, but these tree limb candle holders make the cutest addition to a rustic fall (and winter) tablescape. If you want to blow your friends’ hostess skills out of the water, be like The Happier Homemaker and whip up a few. If you’re like me, you have more than enough old branches from last year’s ice storm still hanging around.
Until next time, happy DIY-ing! If you need me, I’ll be on my sofa pinning away until the Superbowl is over—or my fingers fall off. Whichever comes first.
